Who We Are

T.H.Sea Creations was started in 2017 and is the brainchild of Chef Neil Menzie. Neil has been working in restaurants on Prince Edward Island for 10+ Years and has been a lover of Cannabis for over 20 Years.  He gained a passion for teaching people to cook with Cannabis and loves creating new Cuisine that can be infused. 

 

He looks at Cannabis as an ingredient that has medicinal properties, and loves bring his knowledge to those that can use it.  He's been inspired to stay away from the typical Edibles that most people create, and thinks outside the box when it comes to Cannabis Creations. 

 

Chef Neil enjoys building flavors with fresh, local ingredients, and T.H. Sea Creations promotes local when able to.
