Cannabis Cooking Made Simple
T.H. Sea Creations was created in the summer of 2017 by Head Chef Neil Menzie. Neil was working in restaurants on Prince Edward Island for 10+ Years, working his way up to Head Chef and wanted to change things up. He was tired of running restaurants that were not his own and wanted to expand his horizons. Having been a lover of Cannabis for over 20 Years, he thought it might be a good passion project to start combining his two loves of cooking and Cannabis.
Gaining knowledge though trial and error and working our formulas for potency and dosage, he was able to use his culinary skills to come up with recipes that are low dosed, but can pack a punch if needed. Chef Neil had to put the business on hold over the last 2 years due to COVID restrictions, but now that the restrictions have lessened, he feels comfortable enough to start offering classes and events again.
